Cancellations, exchanges, and returns
MOVESME is a pre-order product and is made to order. Please understand that changes, returns, and refunds cannot be made after an order has been placed.
As a general rule, we cannot accept cancellations after an order has been completed, or exchanges or returns due to customer convenience. Although we take every precaution to ensure that our products are of the highest quality, if the product you receive is dirty, damaged, or different from the product you ordered, please contact M's Customer Support within 7 days of receiving the product. We will accept exchanges, etc. of the product.
◆Products eligible for exchange, etc. 1. Dirty or damaged products 2. Products that are different from what was ordered
◆Products not eligible for exchange, etc. 1. Products due to customer reasons (size does not fit, different from what was expected, wrong order, etc.) 2. Products that have become scratched or dirty while in the customer's possession 3. Products that have been used even once 4. Products with lost or damaged product packaging (case, tag attached to product, etc.) 5. Products that have been in the customer's possession for more than 8 days 6. Products purchased from other sites
*When exchanging products, please return everything that was delivered. We cannot accept exchanges if any of the included delivery slips, product tags, shopping bags, etc. are missing.
